ICE-RS cycle 2007-12-13
Summary
In the previous cycle the first half consisted of cleaning up the word processor toolbar particularly for converting and publishing documents along with the required ICE app changes for to make this easier.
Peter and Daniel attended the APSR Clever Collections 2007 to run the ICE workshop. The workshop was successful in the fact we were able to show off how ICE had evolved the weeks leading up to the workshop into a service. The conference also provided us with the opportunity to meet with some of the developers from the RIFF project and discuss some of the potential outcomes for the December workshop at USQ.
This cycle is focused on lead up tasks for the hands on workshop “Linking Repositories to Authoring Tools” to be held 11-13 December.

Integrating ICE with the Open Journal System to build on work already done on integrating it with repositories (I know of APSR work on DSpace - can we hook it up to other systems?).
