ICE cycle 2008-02-14

Summary

Work on the interface for ICE version 2.0 in the previous cycle is looking very promising not just because we said so, but because we are using it in house as it changes (this is rather cruel to do to pilot users so we haven't released an official version yet). Other work carried out last cycle included the plugin service for ICE and with thanks to Oliver we can now include Jmol as service for ICE.

This cycle we will be focused on getting the interface changes and server version of ICE to a point that it can be demoed. In the second half of the cycle Peter Murray-Rust will be visiting to not only guest speak at USQ but also get is hands dirty with some of the integration work we have done with Jmol.

Predicted work units: 60
