ICE cycle 2008-04-10
Summary
This last cycle we moved over to using a new VM for the ICE website. Unfortunately we didn't quite get a beta build of ICE version 2.0 but came very close. This was mainly because some of the new features still had teething issues and were not quite ready for piloting. We (mostly Ron) did get a server version running for testing with our unofficial ICE research group. The main aim of this cycle are similar to the last, roll out an ICE version 2.0 beta, and get people using the ICE server version. Peter will (is) over in the UK at OR08.
Note: We didn't have a cycle meeting due to staff being unavailable/off sick, this is also why the notes have been published late.
Predicted work units: 70

About the cycle notes
The cycle notes are used to summarize the outcomes of the completed cycle and provide stake-holders with an overview of the tasks for the next cycle. They are also used to raise any issues for discussion and provide other information for those who are unable to attend the meetings. Specific information on tasks to be completed are available in the ticketing system, see below.
