ICE cycle 2009-05-22
Summary
This week was very quiet, Peter was in the US at the OR09 conference.
Cynthia has been busy on getting the Toolbar functioning correctly in Ubuntu; trying to locate the ice script so that the AtomPub and HTML conversion can work. The Hint option on the Toolbar has a new look with a new image, thanks Daniel.
On the USQ front, the support team are finding a few errors in the installations completed by ICT. A functional group has been established to meet with issues, suggestions and updates each month. Migrations for courses from semester one to two are falling behind schedule; part of this is because of the DiReCt code we are expecting to be released this week. A new server has been requested for 2011 course content.
Restructuring and unit testing on the DiReCt code has taken up most of Linda's time.

About the cycle notes
The cycle notes are used to summarize the outcomes of the completed cycle and provide stake-holders with an overview of the tasks for the next cycle. They are also used to raise any issues for discussion and provide other information for those who are unable to attend the meetings. Specific information on tasks to be completed are available in the ticketing system, see below.
