CML in ICE

This demonstration shows how ICE uses Jmol as a plug-in to render a Chemical Markup Language (CML) file into HTML, PNG and SVG. When linked from a document using ICE the CML is displayed using the Jmol Applet in the HTML and as a 2D image in the PDF for print. We will be looking at automating in inserting and link the image later. Note this feature will be available in ICE version 2, which is yet to be released.
