This demonstration shows how ICE uses Jmol as a plug-in to render a Chemical Markup Language (CML) file into HTML, PNG and SVG. When linked from a document using ICE the CML is displayed using the Jmol Applet in the HTML and as a 2D image in the PDF for print. Click the play icon to display inline or view the video directly. |
