Description

make the extension builder more robust and versatile eg, automatically adding the extracted files and checking to make sure the necessary files are in place. also give out a message that everything went OK.

(In [7122]) fixes #4861 buffed up the extension builder. it will now handle missing files and also re-pack the .oxt
